- FDFaithful DiamondMay 8, 20261.0Yesterday May 7th, around 2:50–3:00 PM, I visited McDonald’s and interacted with an employee named Mary. I requested a drink refill. Mary responded by mentioning ordering or waiting. I explained I had just come from a previous order and was requesting a drink again. She raised her voice and said, “We don’t do that,” and the interaction became tense. I found her tone dismissive and unprofessional, and she did not appear to fully listen. The exchange felt uncomfortable due to her loud and escalated communication. I would like management to address this directly with Mary regarding appropriate customer service behavior with her having a attitude with me, and aggressiveness.
