We went online to see our order and noticed our order said red sauce and we were confused but thought that dominos usually has good customer service and they would help us out. I went in person to talk them and asked if we could replace the pizza for one with white sauce and they just said no, that we would have to buy a new pizza. They really let me down because I thought dominos had good customer service and I felt let down when all they say is “there’s nothing I can do” but it felt like there was.

Called and the female worker who was the “shift manager” wasn’t helpful or apologetic but only told me to claim the free item via the dominos app. I just hope no one else maybe had some moldy looking piece in their food. It was also sharp. I went through the domino’s customer service route and they emailed me saying this location is privately owned so hopefully I actually get a call back.
