Went to eat there last night 7/5 at 5:30 and restaurant was closed. No sign or note on why it was closed. Not sure if they are permanently closed. Noticed others coming to eat also.
This place is a total hidden gem. If you’re craving some Filipino comfort food, Jessica's completely nails it. It’s tucked away, so it’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, but the food is so worth the hunt.
Just a heads-up on getting into the place, because the layout can be a little confusing the first time: make sure you either drive the ramp on the right side or, if you end up parking in the lower lot below, just climb up the stairs on the left to get to the entrance.
Once you’re in, the food speaks for itself. It feels like eating a home cooked meal straight out of a Filipino auntie's kitchen. Everything is incredibly flavorful, the portions are generous, and the staff is super welcoming. Definitely a spot to add to your rotation if you want the real deal! Be there early cause it gets full during breakfast.

I'll make this quick and simple 😎🤙🏽
I was still kind of full when I got here but I didn't want to go hungry at the airport so my wife and I split a Loco Moco, and oh boy! I gotta say it's the b side one I've had in Hawaii. ‼️ When I say Hawaii, I mean all the islands I've been to 🤙🏽 Big Island, Maui, Kauai, and Oahu.
They at the 2nd floor in case you can't find this restaurant ✅
Plenty of parking ✅
I wish I was really hungry coz I wanted their garlic shrimp 🥺
You might think it's pricey over here but I see why. Their food is delicious and comes with a big serving ✅
Be sure to call/do your research before coming here. I heard their moving to Kapolei. ‼️
Amazing service. ✅
See pictures! 🔥

The food was delicious. I had the prime rib and friends, the crab Benedict with Adobo fried rice. It was good and portions good. The best part were the three attentive wait staff. They do not have assigned booths so they all come by to see if you need anything. I never had such great service in a long, long time.
I did take out and got home to find the onion rings were in the fryer a little too long. I’m sure it’s a one off. Of course the Jessica moco with adobo fried rice never disappoints! I’ve been here several times and their food is tasty and plentiful. I’ll always be a patron and recommend folks to stop on by!
