  I saw him putting dirty spoon with dishwater into pasta mix and stir it and then plate the pasta with the dirty wash spoon, kudos to you if you want to dare try this..

  I visited this restaurant after learning it was a Black-owned business and wanted to offer my support. This was my first visit. I am unable to comment on the food, as I never received my order. However, I can provide feedback on my customer service experience. I am unable to comment on the food, as I did not receive my order. However, I can provide feedback on the customer service experience. The young man working around 12:00 p.m. on 7/20 was courteous and professional. The young woman assisting customers had a different approach. I placed my order at the kiosk at 12:11 p.m., with an estimated pickup time of 10 minutes. I waited a few additional minutes, as I observed the young woman assisting a group of approximately five customers whose order appeared to require correction. When I approached the counter, she acknowledged me by name, which suggested my order might be ready. She indicated she would assist me shortly, so I waited while she continued helping the other customers. After a couple of minute I realized her attention the other customers was going to require more time than I had to spend. If my lunch is ready, all she needed to do was hand it to me. So I interject, and let her know that I’m on my lunch and just wanted my food. She appeared annoyed, never looked up, but mumbled something and rudely told me to wait. At that point I told her to just give me a refund. The refund was processed promptly! Same as she could have just handed me my food! After completing the transaction, she placed the receipt on the counter and returned to assisting other customers. No apology…NOTHING. But I got a lot of ATTITUDE for just wanting my order. Based on my experience, I am unable to provide a positive assessment of the service. While one employee demonstrated professionalism, the overall interaction did not meet my expectations, and I do not plan to return. After leaving I called back to speak to a Manager/Owner, the same young lady answered the call and told me she doesn’t know who the Manager or the Owner’s name. I informed her that I would call back as the Owner needs to know how the business is being represented.

  Food was top tier and just what I needed on this late Thursday night. I love the fact that they’re opened 24/7! Reminds me of the old Atlanta! Nostalgia….the catfish was delicious, and Deon had great customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

  The older lady that served me my order was pleasant but my overall experience with actually tasting my food once I got all the way home was horrible. I travel 35 minutes for nothing I sat in traffic, wasted gas and money. Outside of my wings, whole wings being burnt, the Mac was burnt as well. There was no seasoning on any of the items except for a hint of something spicy for no reason I’m extremely disappointed. Also don’t order the lasagna. I stand corrected that may be the only thing that has some sort of seasoning, but the thing is it was overly salty. I can’t believe what I have experience today that small miniature tray of lasagna was not worth $14 The burnt Mac was oily for some reason Smh.Please look at these pictures and try to find the lasagna.
