Nadya was very attentive and friendly, our food was tasty and served quickly. The setting is beautiful and live music was great. The only negative was that the front of house service was not particularly friendly or welcoming, we were just asked “how many?” then told “follow”, she also forgot to give us a drinks menu.

Found my grilled Mahi sandwich soggy. Didn't seem fresh and the fries were so thin. The conch fritters were a bit over cooked and dark. The sauce amounts given were small for the lobster bites and conch fritters. Our waitress Amanda was very efficient. I hope you fix the outer area still closed to eat on the water. It's been closed for a very long time.

This place was great! We came with no expectations, but left with great memories. Rafael was very friendly and attentive and such a fun server. The Parmesan crusted chicken was awesome, as well as the key lime pie mug dessert. There was also a cool fire dancer/performer as well as pretty lights along the water. Definitely would come back!!

Gorgeous! Love the view and vibes. AMAZING fast service, our waitress was a doll (Ellie) and so kind. Only thing was it was very very hot outside I was sweating very much due to outside seating, but that is something outside the restaurant’s control. Only bring it up to let you know so you can bring a handheld fan if you tend to run hot.

Wow! Where do I start?! What is happening here? This place has really gone downhill.
We lived in Key West years and years ago. We used to visit the original small
Islamorada Fish Company restaurant. They had THE best grouper and also the best mahi mahi sandwich in the Keys in my opinion! We would drive up from Key West just to eat there! We moved away and came back in 2009, ate here, wasn't great but was okay. Decided to try it again in 2018, still okay but nothing like it used to be, but better than today.
Now--July 2026 and the "World Famous Islamorada Fish Sandwich" now has sautéed onions on it? And cheese? No tomato, no lettuce, and a side of tartar sauce that was liquid like salad dressing! The bun was basically a hamburger bun--basic, not great. Small side of coleslaw was okay and the fries were the best part of the meal (which is sad).
Alligator bites were okay but heavily breaded. Nothing like they used to serve.
Ordered a $16 margarita--was supposed to be made with fresh ingredients. It tasted just like margarita mix from a bottle. Way overpriced. Not good.
The old building where you could buy fresh seafood was closed and looked like it's closed for good. Looked like a ghost town inside (things stored all over, no signs of opening back up soon--see photos). Mulch was blown all over the sidewalk so no attempts are being made to make the grounds look nice there even if it is closed.
The patio area that is closest to the water ----used to be a dining room area with tons of tables and chairs and a bar--all closed down and the floor looks like it is falling apart. Why is this decrepit area still there and not either remodeled or torn down? I am so confused as to why two separate areas look like they are falling apart. For the prices you pay here it really is a shame! $23 for a fish sandwich on a hamburger bun with American cheese and sautéed onions and liquid tartar sauce with decks falling apart and a building closed like a ghost town???
I really think the name needs to be changed. It is VERY misleading to make those of us who know how good the original Islamorada Fish Company food was think it's the same place!
See photos for proof of what I am describing. Feel free to read other reviews I have written because I actually love to give good reviews IF they are deserving of a great review!
