  I used to run restaurants I worked in them. This used to be a top-notch clean store I even talked to the district manager about how nice it was. I used to tell people is the cleanest one in town. That was a few years ago. Recently, The last year or two, it's one of the worst I've ever been to. If it was my store I would shut it down clean house and not open again until I have a capable willing crew. The only reason we keep coming back is the food is good when they bother to get it right and the cooks line appears to be clean ( the rest of their house, however was it ready) Otherwise, Friday May 1st 2026 dinner time not a clean table in the house. Everything I see could use a sweep and a wipe. One of our most recent trips I watched one of the employees just stand around doing nothing with the same kind of thing going on place needed a sweep and a wipe. $20 an hour and downright Lazy. Most of the time when we come in they don't bother to call out dining room orders. If they don't leave out napkins, they leave out the hot sauce I ordered . They often get them wrong. Drinks even after they're giving us the order. These last two trips they labeled our orders wrong got a mixed up. Wasn't that long ago they gave us somebody else's order while they were sitting here waiting. I'm a tech guy sometimes we have problems with the app we've asked them before nobody here knows how the app works and yet from what I can tell it accounts for significant portion of sales in this store. This trip the bathroom wouldn't too bad That's a rarity.

  Never once have I gone here and gotten what I ordered everytime ive gone here ive had to go back inside to get something changed idk what's so difficult about getting something so simple as no lettuce and tomato or getting a number 1 with 2 chalupas and getting 2 regular crunchy tacos instead
