  Sooo slow even when there’s no one here. Even simple orders of just drinks take a long time to take and prepare.

  I generally order in the app and get the food to go. I don't stick around for "the atmosphere". It's a parking lot. The food is what it is and it's good for a drive-in car-hop joint -- it's Sonic's whole brand. I prefer Sonic over the other fast food places in town. The chili cheese coneys are my go-to. The slushes make my day (looking at you, dearly departed Picklerita!), especially the Route 44 cherry. The pretzel sticks hit the spot when I'm craving some buttery carbs. And their new(ish) crinkle cut fries called Groovy are super well seasoned & are that nice blend of hot crispy outer and steamy creamy inner. I love the cream slushes on a hot day that requires ice cream, but you can't get them regularly in the app-- you have to use the drive-thru if you want one, unless it's a special promo flavor featured on the app. The service is generally pretty friendly, super quick, and you get what you ordered 99% of the time. They correct any mistakes cheerfully. On a hot day, Sonic is the stop to make.

  Expensive for a fast food place food is just barely good it's ok but for the price it's not .
