- KHKimchi HummingbirdMay 12, 20265.0I am a Panera Sip club member for the past three years. I started at the Redlands location and was never really a fan of their lukewarm service. However, when I noticed that this Panera was closer to me, I decided to try out their drive-through. They were always friendly and efficient even though my coffee order is a bit complicated (large iced coffee with extra half and half and "four pink sugars"). I frequent throughout the day with different orders (Bubly, hazelnut coffee, diet sodas...pretty much everything) and they always are on top of it. Even if there is a small issue with my order, they are quick to correct it. One day while picking up my complicated coffee order, Lance, one of the dedicated workers, decided to talk with me which caught me off guard. He asked about my day and was genuinely interested about me. He remembered my name every time I came through the drive though. I have never returned to Redlands since. Overtime, I met different staff members including Ander, Leah, Gio, Jo, David, Ben, Meadow, Michael (manager), Penny, Jocie, and Misty who are all very kind. They all make my mornings, afternoons, and evenings keeping me caffeinated and energized during my day. There are some days when the kids crave a cookie or sweet treat and we dine in. They always have a clean, inviting atmosphere allowing us to enjoy our treats. I have been to different Panera Breads within the area as a Panera Sip Club member. I can say with confidence that Yucaipa Panera Bread has the best hospitality, consistency, and overall quality.

You dont ever know what another person is going threw and little did she know I needed that. On another note the food was absolutely amazing!!10/10 💯.. warm bagel 🥯 sandwich mhhhh was to die for... jocie thank you and keep shineing like you do girl may GOD bless you and keep you in all his ways and bring you all that your heart desires!!!
