  Came thru the drive thru at 3:30 ish on 8/16/26 the lady was rude in the drive thru line and then asked me to park. I asked if i could have my drink first and she ignored me i parked and still waiting its 3:48 as i type this…. She also parked 3 cars after me this is stupid.

  Visited on 7/28/26, one of my items was a chicken breast. I wish I had taken a picture but I was so disgusted and upset I threw it away. Best way to describe what I was given is imagine someone removes some of the chicken, breaks the chicken breast apart and is going to throw it away, well that's what I was given. I have been a customer of El Pollo Loco for many years and never complained when there were issues with my order. This was it for me. I will no longer be spending my money at your establishment as there are far too many restaurants to choose from.

  Ordered online for later pick up at 12:30 and my son asked for the order inside and it took them an extra 15-20 minutes to hand it to him. Mind you we arrived at 12:30 for the pick up and didn’t get the order until 12:47. They also didn’t give us the chips that came with an order and my son asked for salsas which they never gave him. I am truly disappointed in the service. There was also an older man that asked my son “what do you want little kid”. Just not the best service overall.
