    I went twice while I was visiting in yucaipa, usually dutch is pretty good with the vibes but this place just didn't. Alot of attitude just for asking about the menu and they didn't even know the answers to my questions. Drinks were good ofcourse! I just felt like they were rushing and there wasn't much of a line.

    I love Dutch bros & the employees are usually really kind, but it’s takes FOREVER in the drive thru. 30 min every time. It’s a whole ordeal. It sucks

    They want you to Zig-Zag yet they don’t follow their own rules. They are not organized when taking orders. There where four car based on there supposed Zig-Zag I went in the lane where I would have to wait less. But then the girl taking the orders on July 30 @ 2:12pm took orders back to back with cars on the same lane. So how can customers Zig-Zag when employees don’t take orders properly. So I wasn’t rude but I did ask The girl taking the orders,” hey I have a question, how do you guys do the Zig-Zag with cars when orders are not being taking properly. In the sense that orders are being taking all on one side then the other side”. She said well we don’t know because sometimes we don’t know who comes 1st so we just take the orders as we see. I just told her ok, I was just curious thanks. But then I’m thinking what’s the point of trying to organize it. People follow the rules once implemented by a business, I get in a lane base off how long it will take for me to leave, so I try to go in and out. But then there’s not point! basically do better on training employees Dutch.
