- TNTamarind Nicole4 days ago2.010/01 PM staff was more focused on going home than ensuring that they had enough protein and food for the late night rush. I arrived to the restaurant at 9:15 PM. No meat was prepped and I was given bite-size pieces of chicken and steak. When I asked for fresh protein, the staff member on the line grabbed some “fresh” Protein from the to go line and it was still not a full portion containing bite sized pieces. We ordered two bowls and they were packaged so poorly that the food fell through the bag due to liquid spilling out of the bowls and is now all over my car. Luckily, the bowls fell out of the bag onto the floor in my car. If the bowls had fallen out of the bag, a second later, they would have been on the ground outside in my driveway for the coyotes to eat for dinner. P.m. staff management needs to ensure that employees are prepping enough protein for the end of the night rush. Utensils and napkins were very low, and not stocked and utensil station was not wiped off seeming as though it had not been wiped off in days. I noticed dust on the Tabasco stand as well which led to my husband not getting his usual tobacco for his bowl. This lack of cleanliness will get this location shit down. Service this evening was very poor and I am disappointed with the lack of food in my bowl considering I paid full price. Please have management contact me as soon as possible.

These people want 20$ an hour to mess up your meal, and Uber drivers want more to deliver missing food. Can’t wait till AI/robots replace these people.
