  The waitress was a sweetheart ❤️. There food did take long and half of the food was warm. If your in a hurry or starving this is not the place to come. More for pleasure then anything else

  Waited an hour after ordering and still weren’t served our food. We got up and left when we saw individuals who arrived after us served first. Not sure if this is normal service, but consider before coming

  Had been on the road for about an hour traveling with my family (2 adults including myself and two children 9 & 11) and ordered some food for pick up to avoid a long wait as we were starving. Arrived 20 mins early to pick up and my bf went inside to ask if we could just eat our food at a table on the patio if possible as my girls and I were tired of sitting in the car (bad sciatica with pregnancy right now) and we needed to use the restroom. We were denied a table even though we are paying customers because as the manager stated, online prices are low and some we weren’t buying our food inside we weren’t paying for the guest experience service. We weren’t expecting service. They were not busy. Over half the tables outside were empty. We just needed somewhere to sit. We paid for our food! The sides of queso blanco ordered were cold, there were only 3 carrots and one celery stick in our bag of vegetables. The wings were dry even though I ordered them to be sauced. The cheese on my daughter’s sliders was still cold. Overall wouldn’t come back to this location. Frequently travel and had another BWW location allow me to use a table once before and considering how NOT busy it was his management directing him to turn passing customers away like this is bad business practice.

  Second time here and both times the wait time was too long once we were seated. The waiter/waitress didn’t even bother to come take our drink order. The couple next to us had been there before we arrived and also no drinks or anything. We wanted to give this location a second chance but unfortunately nothing changed.

  Some of the worst service I've experienced in quite some time. Ordered online just a 20pc wings and fries on a Saturday night. I knew I'd be there in about 30 minutes so I figured my order would be ready by then. Boy was I wrong. I showed up and waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Mind you it wasn't busy as there was roughly 15 customers in the restaurant. The server that checked on me was nice and told me it was almost ready. I usually don't mind waiting but I figured 30 minutes would've been enough time. I timed how long it took from me placing the order to me receiving it and it was about 55 minutes. There were 2 other people who were also there and waited quite some time too. Then after about half an hour, the board with all the names of the mobile orders completely wiped and no one had any info on anyone's orders. Then a different server came out, asked who's order was who, tossed my food on the counter and gave an underhanded apology. I checked my food to make sure everything was correct and she gave me a dirty look. To my surprise the order was correct but the fries were old and lukewarm. The wings were okay but definitely not worth the experience I had. It's not uncommon since every BWW I've been to has been a miserable experience and this was no different. I've given them enough chances and will not be returning to any BWW in the future.
