  Waiting 30 minutes in curbside just to not get everything i ordered had to come inside and grab food.

  The drive through employee was incredibly rude, he was long haired and blond. Don't put your rudest employees on the drive through. April 28, 7:31 PM.

  I had a really great experience thanks to Kailee today. She was super sweet, friendly, and had such a positive attitude that honestly made my day better. It’s not every day you come across someone who’s genuinely outgoing and makes you feel welcome like that. Customer service like hers definitely stands out—McDonald’s is lucky to have her!

  It’s my first time at this location and I understand the rating. It’s unfortunate but even with the playplace, this location isn’t ideal for a parent to bring their kids here after school for lunch on a rainy day. My kids and I always walk into McDonald’s play places and they head straight to playing while I complete the order on my phone. This location doesn’t have numbers on the playplace tables, no problem(so far). I count the tables from the door and put ours. The worker brings our food looking confused and I explain why I did what I did. His rebuttal? “Oh, those tables(points to the main lobby)have numbers out there and we have the cones with the number.” I said “Well you do know McDs gives us the option to do mobile orders that we’d like delivered table side and we’re instructed to put the number on the table when submitting but this location doesn’t have them even though all other PlayPlace locations I’ve been to does.” Anyway, he gives me our food in a bag(?) which is crazy because I’m seated while my kids play so I had to ask for a tray. I open the bag but there’s zero napkins. I had to get up and go ask for napkins. Even as I write this review(yes, while sitting here), two families were presented their food on trays but I got mine in a bag. Can’t lie, this was an irritating 1st impression.
