Didn't realize I had the incorrect drink until I was back on the road heading to work with no time to go back to get my correct order. This was the 3rd time for me at this location. I am done with Dutch Bros as I emailed corporate about this and never heard back. The drinks I have received were cheaper than the ones I ordered. Not sure how can mistake the names on the cups and lids. The employees haven't been friendly like at other locations so not sure what is going on at this one. Maybe too many friends and family being hired here?????

This is probably the worst one I have been too. My last time here I was giving the wrong drink and didn't realize until I was back on the road with no time to deal with the incorrect order. Emailed corporate and heard crickets. It appears Dutch Bros doesn't care once they have your money and give you the wrong item that is most likely cheaper than what you paid for.
- SJSukhRoop JohalMay 12, 20261.0Yesterday around 6:00–6:30 PM, I stopped by to get two drinks, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The lady working at the drive-thru window was rude from the beginning and didn’t even greet us. She seemed annoyed, was making faces when I asked about my order, and her behavior at the window appeared unprofessional and distracting, as she kept adjusting her clothing repeatedly while helping customers. I ordered two Golden Eagle drinks, but they did not taste right at all, and there wasn’t even any caramel sauce like they normally come with. I usually order the same drinks at the Williams location, and they always make them perfectly. I was really disappointed with both the customer service and the drinks. Sadly, I won’t be coming back to this location.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
