    WORST LOCATION EVER! The kids here regularly hold up the line because they have to do redbull shots. Ive been here adleast 3 times and got held up because all the employees have to do a redbull chug. I have shit to do this is not what should be going on durring their shift. They also let their friends cut in line and sit there to bs. The kid in the car got his coffee 5 minutes ago yet hes still there bullshitting and taking pics with the staff and handing them all his car garbage. Yall need new management if this is how its always going to be ran. I refuse to come back and have my time wasted. If that wasnt enough i regularly order a carmelizer and 3 out of 5 times i gwt it at this location its been wrong. And the kids at the window will literally argue with you instead of remaking it. Awful location. Ps reading all the other reviews looks like im not alone here at this location. Do better!

    My service was great, the lady who took our order was patient with us since we hadn't had it before. Drinks were great, food was pretty good and we got through the line fairly quickly

    I order one or two things. Typically a small drink, but every single time, they hand me a large drink. I am immediately grossed out and overwhelmed. If I ask them to fix it, they get an attitude as if I should be grateful that they have charged me for and given me 3x more of something than I can or want to consume. Please just honor what customers are requesting. It shouldn’t be that hard.

    I have been a loyal Dutch Bros customer for over 8 years visiting three different locations, with Northwest YC being my primary coffee house stop. After a few years of trying to get my drink just right, an employee named Janis took the time to help me discover my favorite mocha blend. From that time, I made it my mission to show the employees how much I value their attitudes and conversations through kindness and giving tips. I spend, in cash, approximately $5500 to $6500 tipping each year; that’s not including the two drinks I generally get daily. I have always appreciated the kindness of the employees and the understanding that mistakes happen with new employees. When my drinks are made incorrectly, I respectfully take them and 99% of the time I don't ask them to be remade. On my recent visit, my drinks were prepared significantly different from the order I paid for. Specifically, they tasted like they were missing the two additional espresso shots and only light chocolate milk that I had requested. So, I politely return them to be remade. Instead of receiving professional customer service, I was met with behavior that was shocking and unacceptable. One employee spoke to me in a vitriolic tone, her words laced with invective. Then she finally concluded her tangent by looking me directly in the eye and demanding, “Next time, you better let them know outside when they are taking your order how you want it made!” She then slammed my drinks into the trash can in front of me. I raised my voice only enough to get her attention and sternly explained that her tone and demeanor were inappropriate and that I found the disrespect directed toward me unacceptable. When I asked her name, she refused despite knowing I intended to file a complaint; then she smiled and waved while I took her photograph. The store manager approached, soon afterwards, to apologize and acknowledge that the employee’s words and behavior were inappropriate. While I appreciate the manager's professionalism, the employee’s conduct fell far below the level of respect and courtesy I have come to know and expect from Dutch Bros over the past eight years. I hope this incident will be addressed so that no other customer experiences similar treatment.
