  Went for onion rings but they don't offer onion rings. Got a potato cake and French dip. French dip ok potato cakes we're hot

  The person taking my order had zero manners, zero friendliness. She was abrupt and mechanical. When I asked if they had arby sauce packets she said yes but, just looked at me. I had to ask if I could have some please. She rolled her eyes and tossed 2 packets on the counter and walked away. She treated the gentleman that was in there with smiles and friendly voice. Why would she treat me differently?

  Cashier Marcella was a total *****!! My mom is half blind and no teeth .. she needed help reading the menus and then she asked about cheese in the poppers and the girl rolled her eyes and rudely said it’s cream cheese like she was annoyed we were Even There .. then when asked do you have packets of Arby sauce she said “yes” exasperated and didn’t offer them we had to ask well can we have them ?? Never been treated so rude before . We said we were dine in and she had food on a tray then through it in a bag like she wanted us to leave. My mom said please and thank you. No reason to be treated that way.

  This was my first time eating at an Arby's ever! I love corned beef but have difficulty finding delicatessans that make corned beef sandwiches. Found out Arby's had one, but assumed it would be disappointing. IT WAS SOOO delicious 😋 and I especially loved the marbled bread. (I ordered drive thru.)
