  Came for a late lunch. The food was really tasty and nicely presented, there is something for everyone. decor was pretty. We had a tiny mix up with the drinks/timing and the waitress (young brunette lady) could not have been kinder. The service recovery was incredible. You can tell that everyone takes great pride in their work here, true professionals. The manager (I think his name was Nathan) was also great and should be super proud of his team.

The space is beautifully anchored by soaring, historic olive trees, trickling stone fountains, and grand, glittering crystal chandeliers hanging overhead. Whether you sit inside the glass-and-steel structure or out on the sunny patio, the vibe is exceptionally upscale yet incredibly comfortable. The hospitality matches the grandeur of the space. The staff are consummate professionals—warm, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable about both the menu and wine pairings. They ensure your glasses stay filled and pace the meal perfectly so you never feel rushed, leaving you free to fully soak in the gorgeous scenery. It is the ultimate destination for a celebratory brunch, a romantic date, or a luxurious pause during a wine-tasting trip.

  Poor service for expectations. Starting from the host to the waiter that came very infrequently. Could not chew the $66 filet. 30% vacancy but forced us to seat where we were not happy after waiting 40 minutes. Had no reservation true but there was availability. Would nit come back here and would not recommend.

No one seemed to be in a hurry, and nothing felt staged. It all happened naturally. I think that’s what makes RH different from so many other restaurants. It’s not just a place to eat—it’s a space where dining, design, and everyday living come together. I’ve visited RH locations in different cities, and while each one reflects its own surroundings, they all share the same understated elegance that makes the brand so recognizable. At the Napa location, I especially appreciated the simplicity of the menu. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were clean, and the dishes let the quality of the food speak for itself instead of relying on heavy seasoning or unnecessary complexity. The service was equally thoughtful—attentive without feeling intrusive. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to feature more seasonal ingredients from Napa’s local farms. It would be a wonderful way to connect the menu even more closely to the region. By the time I left, I realized what stayed with me wasn’t just the meal. It was the pace of the experience. RH has a way of reminding you that a great restaurant isn’t only about what you eat—it’s also about how it makes you feel while you’re there.

  As many others have said the atmosphere and design is epic. But the food is no where near the standard of the other restaurants in the area. Branzino was burned and still burned after it was refired. The cookies were burnt. The steak and frites was tiny, the steak was over cooked. The peppeor corn sauce has almost no flavor. The portions are tiny. The service was not up to the expectations or the look of the restaurant. The wait staff tried but was behind the 8 ball from the kitchen. We had stopped at Charlie's for a drink on the way and should have stayed there. It was an epic fail for a birthday dinner. The only way that place makes any sense is a tax dodge for the owner. Spend less on the museum pieces and hire a chef.
