When I asked another employee for help, she was wearing a store uniform and standing near the cashier, but she refused to help and said, “I’m not working here. Go ask someone else.” This was rude and unprofessional. Then I found out that the second person was actually a manager—the younger lady with glasses. I feel bad for a store whose manager is so unprofessional. I usually don’t leave negative comments, but I was really hurt by the way I was treated.

I waited more and even saw other Instacart customers came and left with their orders. Finally decided to walk in and asked the guest service at the front how I could get my order to which I was told to walk to the rear end of the store. I approached a young lady who walked out through the swing door and asked her if I could pick up my order here. She immediately got riled up and started to shout I went to your car three times and nobody was there. When she came out with my order, I said, "no offense, but it's not possible that you went out to my car three times as I waited for more than ten minutes and was making sure nobody came out before I entered the store to fetch the order myself. She then shouted "don't talk over me!" and told me to learn how to use Instacart in a condescending way. Her manner is terrible and such customer service is extremely unacceptable. If I were the store manager, I'd train her with proper etiquette to talk to customers as I would not allow my business to be spoiled over time by this type of behavior.
