This is THE WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food being consistently bad, watery, wrong temperature, small portions, and generally unappealing is just the start of the misery that is dining here (or getting their take out). The last time I visited was on a Friday evening, around 9:00 pm. I had ridden my e-bike through their drive-thru. They refused to take my order because my e-bike didn't have enough of a motor to qualify as a "motor vehicle" authorized to use their drive-thru. It's strange that the State considers my bike as having TOO MUCH motor, and Taco Bell, too little. Regardless, i went inside. There was a single customer in front of my in line. I waited patiently for them to place their order, and then I ordered my two meager menu items. I got my food over an hour after I placed my order, so I had plenty of time to observe their operations. They had plenty of staff on the clock. Too much, actually, for the customer influx they were experiencing. There was about 6 staff members, plus the manager. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. The manager didn't seem to recognize this fact, even though he was in the middle of all of it. The cashier had problems operating the cash register properly. The line cooks responsible for assembling the ordered menu items didn't seem to know what ingredients went in what, and didn't seem to know how to handle the situation where a single meal component was absent, where to get fresh replacement product, indeed, ANY product. So missing lettuce causes the entire order assembly process to halt, mid-preparation. This happened. Out of lettuce. The combination of inefficiency, missing ingredients, and the understanding of what it takes to operate a fast food restaurant. I could tell the staff needed training because I've worked in similar fast food restaurants when I was a teenager. At that time, we had not a single employee as bad as the ones at this Taco Bell. When i worked in fast food, I could operate the register, take orders, prepare or cook food, do shelf stocking, wash dishes, and every other job the restaurant required. Later I was given a management position. I did that sort of work for years. My understanding of business practices and procedures has only grown over the years. I've managed employees in other settings and got my degree in Business Marketing decades ago. I could clearly see where this restaurant manager was failing, so I got in touch with Taco Bell corporate so that I could forward an email offering FOR FREE some restaurant management instruction to this Taco Bell's manager. It is not surprising they never contacted me. Failure seems to be this manager's, and thus this restaurants, normal operating paradigm.

Karol Vazquez savedra gave me the best service I've ever received at a food establishment in my life. No words to show appreciation about his positive attitude and attention to detail.

Quality service and nice atmosphere. One of the better T-bells I’ve been in for sure. Kinda small but it works. Range of seating options and generous staff.

The best taco bell in the area. Good proportions and filling. They give you your money's worth and then some.
