  Placed an online order for 3 subs, drove 20 minutes, waited another 20 minutes for subs to be made. Place was not busy and there was obviously no urgency to make subs. 2 out of 3 subs were completely wrong. Is Freaky Fast still JJ's slogan, or is that only for certain locations?

  I give the service five stars because I go onto the app and order. It is always ready to go when I get there. The atmosphere seems okay. I've never eaten there. So I cannot honestly give it five stars. 👍👍

  The term "freaky fast" does not exist for this Jimmy John's. Over the past few years we have ordered delivery, pickup through the drive through, pickup through walk in, and to go in the store. Every single time it takes 35 plus minutes to get your sandwich and walk out the door. And these are at times where it is me and max 3 other people in the store. I lived on the east coast and have been a big fan of Jimmy Johns for a decade plus. So I was thrilled when they brought this Jimmy Johns to Yorba Linda. But since its inception, it has been a disappointment for our family. In addition to the lack of meeting the "freaky fast" standards, 8 out of 10 times one of the sandwiches is usually wrong. And we typically order two Beach Clubs as is, with maybe an addition of pickle and oil and vinegar. So not really understanding how the standard is wrong so many times. One time it even showed up to the house (50 minutes later) with no turkey meat and they weren't going to make it right. I'm currently at a wait time of 35 minutes since I placed my order on the app and the staff informed me they haven't started. Again, I am one of two people. I would highly recommend management give the staff the training and additional help they need to be successful. It's crazy that an establishment thats making standard sandwiches could have such a low rating/review. The standard bar seems pretty low for most people when it comes to sandwiches so it would seem like the goal of maintaining fast wait times and a decent turkey sandwich could be easily attained.
