Sometimes get a pinch of lettuce and sometimes I get a decent amount. Sometimes there is a dot of mustard and then a regular amount. This was on a Tuesday at 3:00 I would think there wasn't that much of a rush. Sad to say im going to not order from jj anymore.

I placed a large order for our volleyball team, and everyone commented on how delicious the sandwiches were. Great service, fresh food, and an overall excellent experience. We’ll definitely be ordering from Jimmy John’s again!
- GRGen RJul 28, 20261.0HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Don’t bother buying food here because there is poor training and poor management at this location. I purchased food twice online in one week. When the first order was not fulfilled accurately I thought it was a fluke since all past visits were great. Then at the end of the week, I decided to buy the new promo chicken wrap. Well once I got home I noticed the wrap felt wrong. Looked inside and surprise, no chicken! I immediately notified customer service, however they leave it up to the franchise owner to resolve the matter. I wanted a my refund of $12 and no response. I should’ve known better. Never coming here again. Don’t waste your money or time.
