  Did drive thru. The food tasted good but the size of the chicken pieces are getting smaller, it's half of what they show in their T.V. adds.

  Noah, the team member was great. It's the first time I received every single piece of my order at a pollo loco, including salsas! He specifically let me know what condiments were in which bag, was quick, polite, and efficient!

  Uber Eats was great, but the restaurant’s customer service was very disappointing. My order arrived with no napkins and when I called, the manager said it’s their policy not to include them with takeout or delivery orders. If you order from here, make sure to request them. Very disappointing.

  Hit or miss with the chicken, its either burnt and dry or cooked perfectly. Plus they like to give you old sides that are usually dried out and nasty.
