  My dad ordered the big arch thru door dash, this is what he recieved. A RAW burger. When he contacted McDonald’s he was told to contact door dash. This is absolutely unacceptable. McDonald’s offered no apology or anything. So beware ordering from this location as you might get sick from raw food. Will never ever go to this location or possibly ANY McDonald’s ever again

  What is the purpose of a drive through service ? I just had a horrible interaction with the staff at this location , unprofessional and aggressive staff members working the drive through , I was denied service after paying for my order because I didn’t accept to be moved forward and wait for my order in the parking lot , this is ridiculous half the parking lot is labeled with drive through parking , this defeats the purpose of drive through . The staff forced me out by denying me service after I repeatedly “ said I don’t want a refund “ I want food I only have 30 minute lunch and don’t have time to go elsewhere. The staff on drive through explicitly said to me that they have orders from corporate to deny service if customers are not willing to move and wait for their food in the parking lot . The person at the window also said to me it was not fair to the people behind me on the line because their food was ready and I would make their food go cold if I didn’t move , in other words I was blamed for the corporate structure that is pushing metrics to speed the drive through lines. For reference when I’ve accepted to wait for my orders in the parking lot the orders are not correct and than I have to go inside and ask for my order to be made again . My order number was #1353 at 1500 E. Main Location in Woodland California , I was forced to accept a refund , the staff literally almost trough the money back at me and the coins must of fallen to the ground because the refund was incomplete by 39 cents , to not escalate things further I drove away . Lastly because of this incident I was late to work because I had to find a different place to eat at. The time stamped when I paid is 10:59 am The time stamped on the forced refund is 11:03 am The total time between the whole incident is 4 minutes . There is no zeros or else I would rate the place all zeros .

  These guys constantly miss food items. Like today for instance. I ordered 4 mcmuffins, hot cakes and 2 coffees. Got told to wait in the reserve line. They bring out the bag and I drive away. I should of checked the bag but at the same time if im in the reserved line that means you need extra time to prepare my order. Not extra time to give me half of my order. Now im out $10. Im not going back because It's going to cost $10 to go back with todays gas prices.
