    Super disappointed this morning while picking up a pre-order for four drinks that I did online. I ordered on the app, and I arrived well after my pickup time. I walked up to the pickup window, because the drive-thru line was very long. I stood at the pickup window for about 10 minutes, knocked on the door and got zero acknowledgment. Many cars got through the line, it was a busy morning but I got zero acknowledgment. A simple “we’ll be right with you” would have been nice. Once the door was finally opened I still had to wait an extra few minutes to get my order. I understand it was busy, but it was now a good 20 minutes after my pickup time. A quick acknowledgment would have gone a long way.

    These guys are great! I'm in from out of town and they've been so welcoming when we come for coffee these past two days! The guy outside in the umbrella was super friendly and kind! He made me feel welcome and had a great vibes. I'll definitely be back during my trip!!

    Worst dutch ever been. Never going back. Rude people and had to wait around the store and all drinks were watered down horribly.
