  Ordered 2 pizzas that took about an hr to come. 1 of the 2 pizzas were wrong and I called. They asked if I wanted them to make a new one and I say yes...then they said we'll then we want the wrong one back. She sounded so annoyed. Why would you want to take back the old one? Isn't there a policy against that? They either are just going to throw it away to be wasteful or maybe the employees juat want to eat it. This isn't the first time they got our oder wrong. Last time they said they couldn't take the pizza back. Very suspicious

  Ordered delivery for two pizzas. They delivered one pizza correct and one completely wrong pizza. I called and they said that they could give me a free pizza next time I ordered but I would need to call to place the order. So here I am a couple weeks later and I do just that. The guy says that there is no note in my account saying that so there is nothing he can do. I ask to speak to the manager and he says he is the manager. I ask him, so I’m telling you, you guys got my order wrong last time and instead of demand you drive back out to my house and replace it, I accept a free pizza next time and you won’t honor that? He says nope, the person should have left a note in the system so it’s my problem. Horrible customer service and horrible delivery service since I got someone else’s pizza last time.

  They need to work on their customer service. The staff today did not acknowledge their customer presence. When they do acknowledge their customer presence, it feels like " we see you but we're going to ignore you." It's crazy how the employee gave up so easily when helping customers. My total came to sixty something dollars and I plan to tip them. I hand her $100. She called her manager and walked away. Then her manager assist and told me " we don't take $100 or $20 because fake money is floating around." To me that just tell me they're incapable of handling money.

  Ordered a pizza for delivery took a hour then gave me the wrong order had to wait another hour not buying again after this

  The AI answering machine is terrible to try to order with. Wanted to quickly order over the phone and instead had to wait after every single interaction for the AI to process what I said, all the while a fake keyboard tapped in the background.
