  Mobile order. Nobody in drive-thru. Ignored at window 8 mins at scheduled time before going inside. Not busy, no line. No excuse - food was in back by drive-thru window.

  Every time I visit this location the staff seems very aggitated and seem irritated to do their job. I would not recommend this location until they train their staff how to treat paying guest's.

  The woman working the cashier on 7/3/26 at 3:45pm was rude. Cold attitude and didn’t ask me if I wanted for here or to go, just shoved my burrito in the bag with no napkin. Not going here again.

  Horrible customer service, I placed an online order and showed up 10 mins early went to the drive thru no one was in front of me the girl was not doing anything in the drive thru area, she opened the window asked for my name and proceeded to tell my order is for 8:50 to come back. So I park and in the front and noticed while sitting in my car no one was doing anything in the front lobby the young man was stirring the stuff on the line and walking around another girl that was working the the front counter was also walking around trying to find something to do so I walked in and said I’ll just pick up inside. The counter girl told the drive thru girl the one that told me to come back at in 10 mins the first time, then she came back and said it’s for 8:50 Like what are you kidding me what kind of customer service is this y'all standing around doing nothing but can’t make my order why did I have to wait when no one was busy making customers orders. They were not happy at all!! no smile like they hate their job y’all really couldn’t go above and beyond to make a customer happy that’s just pure laziness and poor customer service!!! The burrito has no chipotle honey chicken that I wanted to try and paid for. These people need better customer service training!! Get new people in there that will do their job! I definitely understand if they were busy but it was just me and a couple sitting inside, no one was making orders in the back or in the front! I ended up sitting down and just watched them trying to find things to do, 2 walk in customers come in and counter girl immediately makes their order they leave. 8:50 comes and counter girl goes to the back and gets my order. Do not work in customer service if you can’t provide good customer service!
