  Every time i come in , i’m greeted with friendly smiles and great service. Even when busy im still treated with kindness and patience.

  I went to this location this morning and while I was leaving the heavy build Hispanic employee screamed at me in a very rude manner "Excuse me you didn't pay for your bagels." For reference they were very busy inside so just imagine how humiliating that felt. Again he screamed in front of everyone "Ya your card didn't go through" to which I replied "what card I paid cash" and AGAIN he screamed and said "no you paid card." I think I know if I paid cash or card. He then brought the other employee out who rung up my transaction and he came and confirmed to him that I paid CASH and i even left a tip in the jar and still he didn't belive it just because on their system their last transaction showed a card didn't go through. Then the young employee who rang me up went and got the owner and he even told the owner that I paid cash. While the owner was trying to fix the system he was so rude and did not acknowledge me. Even the lady next to me said "Omg good thing you paid cash." Her and her husband were even shocked by the way they were handling the situation. Instead of the owner or employee being apologetic about accusing me of not paying the owner turned and said "who's the next customer." The next customer was that lady and she shockingly looked at me then back at the owner for how dismissive they are. I wont be back after this. There are always better bagel options with appreciative owners.

  I walked in, ordered my food, and before I could even process what was happening, it was already being handed to me. I was literally in and out in about a minute with my jaw on the floor. Katie at Noah’s Bagels was the one responsible for the insanely fast service. She was paying attention, knew exactly what was going on, and made the whole experience unbelievably smooth. Seriously impressive service. Katie deserves the recognition!

  You’ve really got to have a knack for it to fill a cup halfway with ice 🤣 and sell it for $6 🥹 The glasses are very small.

  Today I stopped by Noa’s Bagels and ordered a cream cheese bagel. The amount of cream cheese provided was very minimal. When I politely asked for a little more, the staff member was unfriendly and only gave me a very small extra portion on the side. I also asked for a knife to spread it, but was told to use a coffee stir stick instead. I hope customer service and portion sizes improve in the future.
