He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, wine pairings, and food selections, and every recommendation he gave was absolutely spot on. He took the time to explain different options, helped pair wines perfectly with our meals, and made everything feel effortless and personalized. You can tell he truly knows his craft and takes pride in creating an amazing dining experience for his guests. The atmosphere at Morton's was already elegant, warm, and inviting, but Derek made the experience 1,000% better with his energy, professionalism, and attention to detail. He was friendly, attentive, fun, and made me feel special throughout the entire night. Management should know that Derek is a true asset to the team. Exceptional customer service like his is rare, and he absolutely deserves recognition for the experience he creates for guests. We will definitely be returning, and we will be seated with Derek again before I head back to Texas. Thank you for making my first visit so memorable!
