  Disappointing Experience I ordered a shake and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The banana was not properly blended at all — you could clearly see chunks of unblended banana sitting at the bottom of the cup. This is not what you expect when ordering a smoothie or shake. I hope they do better next time because this was simply unacceptable.

  Paid for size medium. Get size small in a medium cup. Will never go here again. Remember when Starbucks did not give customers the oz that was advertised. They got sue. This is not the 1st. It happens every single time at this location and the other location on victory and canoga ave. When I mentioned my observation to them, they just disregarded my complain.
