  I made reservations at this Fleming location on OpenTable to celebrate my wife birthday here. I chose this place so she could try their Chilean Sea Bass which is one of her favorite dish. It been a while since I dine at this location so I was willing to come back. When we came, the parking gate was up so we didn't have to get a parking ticket. I parked closer to the front of the restaurant. When we walked inside, they were not busy at all. The host sat us quickly and also give my wife a rose since it was her birthday which was nice. The table where we got seated had the Happy Birthday sign and also a card from the restaurant to my wife so she felt special. Our waiter was Ricardo and he was amazing with his suggestions and explanation on things. He explained the wine choices that would go well with the sea bass for my wife. He brought her out a taste cup of the diatom chardonnay and domaine laroche which is white wine. She like that one so got a glass. For the side with her sea bass, my wife ordered the sauteed mushrooms and macaroni and cheese. I got the prime steakhouse burger at medium rare, asked for no onion or pickle. Our waiter asked if we wanted the house milkbread with lavender butter and we said yes, he didn't tell us until I saw the bill that it wasn't complimentary. Our dish came out pretty quick and my wife loved what she selected. She really like the sauteed mushroom because she finished that first. The sea bass favor and texture was delicious to her. My burger was perfect, the presentation and taste especially for the price is what made it extra special. It also comes with fries too so that's awesome. We ended the night with getting a box of chocolate from Belgium for my wife birthday. She loved the chocolate, we had a spectacular experience dining here and I would recommend this place.

  Top Flight, First class experience from top to bottom. I came in last night with my sister for dinner. We were greeted nicely, the food Was delicious the steak was delicious the salad was fresh and super delicious the bread everything was delicious, our server Zack was super nice and friendly he really made us feel special.The manager Nicole came to our table to check on us and make sure we were having the best service. I truly enjoyed my evening and had the very best experience… I will definitely come back ..thank you all Zack and Nicole for Such an amazing service ❤️❤️❤️

  Perfect for a small intimate birthday celebration. I suggest making a reservation in advance and mention it's for a birthday, there will be a table set up and decorated specially for the birthday person, definitely makes the person feel special. I absolutely love the fact that the hosts and servers never make small talk, they are extremely friendly but leave out the unnecessary chatter which gives it a much classier vibe vs everyday dinning. The only con I have is that although there is a dress code, many (I'm assuming locals) choose not to abide by it, as there was a table next to us with people wearing caps, gym shorts, and crocs, very disappointing as it really takes away from the experience. The food was amazing and was overall a great experience.

  Steakhouses are about showcasing the beef, hopefully we can agree. My strip was the opposite of tender - rubbery - and virtually flavorless - brought to you for $69. The Caesar was marginally better. This is simply not a high end steakhouse. Maybe it’s the proximity to the mall that denudes the beef of its taste. Maybe the valley heat has rendered the broilers inoperable and the steak was instead microwaved. Whatever the matter, it’s bad. Hopefully the Odyssey in IMAX makes up for it!
