Fleming’s is my family’s happy place. They consistently wow us with the best food (Mac and cheese, steak, and Chilean sea bass are among our faves!) and the drinks and deserts are as fabulous as the entrees. The food and service are worth every penny - these days everywhere in LA is expensive but it’s nearly impossible to see why when true fine dining restaurants like Fleming’s exist. I know going into Fleming’s that we’ll splurge and Ive never walked out feeling like the meal and experience wasn’t worth it unlike some other trendy restaurants in LA. This one just makes sense. We’ve never had bad service and have been coming to Fleming’s for years and in different states and county’s (but this location is close to home and our absolute favorite!) ALL the servers are a delight and truly great at their jobs. I highly recommend this place for special occasions or just a nice treat to yourself.

The reason why we come to Flemings and Woodland hills is because of the amazing service and hospitality by Liam the manager here. He goes above and beyond greet all of the customers coming in he knows it all my first name and truly is a joy to see as we walk through the door. We are so grateful for him and his approach to his customers.

Fleming’s is another great steakhouse option in Woodland Hills. Sean was extremely attentive and made things easy on Father’s Day for my group of 9. He was also very patient about a payment issue, offered detailed explanations, and was helpful throughout. Everyone greatly enjoyed their food and I appreciated the attention to detail, especially Sean taking the time to decant my special bottle of Italian Red I brought for our dinner. The steak is, well the steak, but as far as other menu items I really enjoyed the Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta, as well as the sweet corn dish. I believe the sage drink at the end of our meal was interesting, but the milk was overly frothed for my liking and on a future visit I may just opt for a cap. And hoping that drink is made properly…

A very sub-par experience. We went to celebrate my grandfather's 89th bday and had high expectations. As far as fine dining experience goes, this is by far the worst one I would say I've experienced. Good: Our table was ready on time and had a birthday plate ready for him. It was a Tuesday so I had no doubt there would be plenty of spaces available. The waiter brought out bread and water promptly while I waited for my party to arrive. The waiter in charge of the bread was great at follow up! I wish I had taken up his offer for the refills cause the entrees were a disappointment. Enjoyed the fresh oysters and crab cakes. They were very quick to have this come out along with the salads. Then...things went not so good. Bad Service: Our waitress was...nice. Which is the most based experience one would expect in such restaurant but for a place that's half empty I have no freaking clue why she only came a total of three times. We waited nearly 30 mins after the entire party has been seated to order. I had a feeling she was a ghost so I ordered everything all at once. Again, the appetizers noted above were great and came on general time one would expect. However...ONE HOUR for the entrees. It came cold on our table and not ton mention my filet mignon was dry. The soup for my grandfather's meal was lukewarm that he couldn't eat the soup at all. We finished out our meal and she was nowhere to be found again so we called for a random passing waiter and notified him of the ridiculous amount of wait we've been in and he was kind enough to pack our meals promptly. We spent 3 hours at this restaurant and left disappointed and fatigued. I'll spend the extra time traveling to Oceans for next time.
