The bowl was filled with rice and beans at the bottom and some chicken and both ends of the bowl. The bathroom didn't have soap. The tables were dirty, but one of the employee cleaned them afterwards. Please more chicken on the bowls (specially on the DOUBLE chicken bowl).

This place is very unwelcoming and I'm surprised its even still getting business. First and foremost the customer should be met with a proper and warm greeting when walking in. This didn't take place whatsoever, I always go based off that and it was horrible. I simply needed to use the rest room and was met with hostility. Looking at the former comments I knew it wasn't just me who felt the customer service is horrible. Corporate obviously doesn't care because the same comments are being made constantly. BBB will be getting contacted concerning this matter, I'm not spending a dollar of my hard earned money here. This isn't the first time either I've had this issue with this place.
