The dominos site was saying it was delivered 20 minutes earlier. Wish I had ordered from a local place.

Orders are rarely on time, and deliveries are routinely 30 minutes or more past the promised delivery window. At this point, late delivery seems to be the standard rather than the exception. My most recent order was the final straw. I paid for a 3-topping pizza that included ground beef, yet the amount of beef on the pizza was shockingly minimal and unevenly distributed. Looking at the pizza, it’s hard to believe I paid extra for that topping at all. Several slices have only a few small pieces of meat, while large portions of the pizza are mostly cheese and onions. Customers pay for the toppings they order and should receive them in a reasonable quantity. Between the chronic delivery delays and the lack of quality control, this location has failed repeatedly. I understand this is a franchise, but Domino’s should be holding locations like this to a higher standard. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Asked for a ranch and he said they will charge me for it. I was ok with it, however they just have a bad attitude even when you come with a positive vive to pick up. In addition, every time I asked for a receipt, they do not have one, printer is not working, they do not how to print them, or they simply cannot give one becuase they don't have access.

When I went to the store to ask about it, instead of helping, the employee was extremely rude and dismissive. He told us the driver had already taken the pizza and basically said there was nothing they could do. No apology, no effort to fix the situation, no accountability. We paid for food we never got, and the staff didn’t care at all. This is completely unacceptable. If a delivery goes missing, it is the store’s responsibility to resolve it — not push the blame and treat customers badly. The lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking. I will not be ordering from this location again. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.
