- CVCynthia Valencia4 days ago3.0Stopped in for dinner, passing through from SF to AZ. It's 7pm, 4 guests eating, no one in line to order and 4 staff members standing in the line waiting to take orders. 1. They were in a rush to make our order, they put the wrong sauce on my order. ok..no big deal. 2. Go to find a table and tables are dirty. 3. Go to the bathroom and it's terribly filthy. Brought 2 of the 3 issues to the manager and he explained that it's policy for several staff to stand waiting for customers is why they hadn't cleaned tables or emptied trash. Yet after 20 minutes there was 1 staff working the line. As an eating establishment there should be some level of pride in the place. Maybe it was a bad night and they actually do better. Typically Chipotle is always good food and it was.. the attitudes and surroundings made it disappointing.

It was completely unhygienic and disgusting. You expect strict quality control and high cleanliness standards from a chain of Chipotle's size and reputation, but this fell incredibly short. Definitely lost our appetite to come back.

She gets my order wrong, portions are extremely small, and she made the whole place way worse than before.
