  I've given Alfreds multiple chances and tried their coffee and vanilla latte. Unfortunately the coffee is severely under extracted and sour. I do not think it is drinkable. I saw the employees getting trained when this location first opened, so I'm unsure how it can be this bad.

  Service is super slow, even with no line my order took like 15 minutes and they forgot about it, left it melting ice partially complete for 10 minutes. The coffee itself is really good.

  Fix your location directions. Paid parking and inaccurate on the map. Wasting time and very confusing
