Worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life! It’s tastes burnt! You’d better of buying a coffee at gas station. They serve a better quality

Best coffee in the Westfield Shopping Mall & Village IMO. I’ve been here several times & the quality has been consistently excellent . The service, not so much. The price is on the steeper side of LA coffee culture, however, there are plenty of nearby cafes serving up trash for a buck less. Theres decent seating inside and even more outside (although its part of the Village) Still, extra points for the location next to pond. Yes, I will come again :)

I hate to be that person and I never write reviews, but I went in yesterday and ordered an iced matcha latte. When I tell you it was literally just oat milk with maybe a splash of matcha… I then kindly expressed to the barista if I could change my drink because it tasted like I was only drinking oat milk, and she rudely replied, “What do you want then?” The other barista kindly offered to add another shot of matcha, but even that didn’t change much of the flavor. I ended up throwing it away. Next time I’ll just walk across the street and get a gallon of oat milk from Costco. It was definitely a waste of money. If you’re going to serve ceremonial-grade matcha, at least know how to make it first. Also it’s not hard to be nice. Teach that employee with customer service is.

Came in for a coffee this afternoon. Astro was good there, and he suggested a vanilla cream latte that you could do different options on. I ended up getting a Matcha cream something or other, and it was really good. I also got a coffee the other day and I like that too. I take it black and I could taste decent flavor there. I liked the vibe… my barista was really friendly, and everybody was young and hip. The bathroom was passcode protected, which I like. And by the looks of the espresso machine, it looked really legit. I’m grateful that a coffee shop has returned to that old Coffee Bean spot, since I come here pretty often for UCLA health and Costco. This one was pretty cool.

Two stars because the breakfast burrito was decent. Service was pretentious and not welcoming at all. Got an iced coffee and it seemed a little light tasting of espresso. When I went up to ask if this was a double shot, the lady said “it is whatever it says on the cup”. I asked if there was a way to make it a little stronger. She then proceeded to offer to help until a guy behind her interrupted her and said you need to pay for it if you want it like that. I totally understand if someone is asking for something else you need to pay for that. But on a side of customer service and making your guest feel like they matter adding a single shot to make their day better and make them feel they went above and beyond goes a long way. Unfortunately none of this was the case. Sad considering they just opened up and this is how the staff is already acting.
