  I've been to 49 states and tons of McDonald's, and this is the worst one I've been to. And this is my home county. Hardly pay attention when you enter. So uninterested in service. It must be the manager or owner who sets the tone. Hop down a few miles to the Mendocino Ave exit, that McDonald's is great. Right off the exit, too.

  Long story short I ordered a chicken deluxe meal at 1130pm and I get home and realized I dont have the chicken sandwich. I go back to the drive thru and explain im only missing a chicken sandwich. They refused to make the order right. It is now 12 midnight . Unfortunately this is not the first time this place gets my order wrong. I know what I ordered and the man who took my order acknowledged I had order this. Yes I have already done the survey on the receipt. Was also told to speak to someone named Miranda.

  Honestly this place just keeps going down hill. Management is extremely rude and disrespectful. They constantly forget food or don’t even make it right. The employees really have no care for their jobs. Maybe they’d care if their management wasn’t crap and corrected their behavior.

  High school kids take over that place at a certain time, so I would drive thru or come later.
