- MBMichaela BremMar 14, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service. I have called at least five times trying to get a refund for a cake that they were unable to complete due to the flavor I selected. Sounds silly considering they have 31 flavors to select from… tried getting mint chip. I received a call late in the afternoon the day before my scheduled pickup for them to cancel due to them not making mint chip flavored custom cakes anymore and was told I should see the refund within 7 days. It has now been 3 months, and I still have not received it. Each time I call, I’m told the owner has “issued the refund,” yet nothing has shown up on my end. Canceling an order less than 24 hours before pickup is already frustrating, but having to repeatedly chase down a refund for 3 months is unacceptable. As a customer, I should not have to spend this much time trying to get my money back—especially when the issue was due to them being unable to fulfill an order for a flavor they regularly sell in store.
