  Rip you off when you order food doesn’t even put it in the bag. Better check your order if you go into this location filthy dirty specially, the bathrooms. This location has a very important manager and owner.

  Very disappointed in my over experience at this location. Decided to stop and dine in, I know the dine in customers are not the priority for this McDonald. First the table was dirty, when I went to the front counter there was no one there. When someone finally come to the front I let her know the table was dirty and asked for some napkins to to clean. There was no effort on any staff to clean the table. Didn't think much about it at the time. As I waited for our food I notice the staff walk out to the parking lot to drop off food to drive thru customers. I figured since I was asked to enter a Number for my order and to place it on the table. That a Staff member would walk my food to the table. WRONG. the place everything in a bag and just called out my number. When I walked to get my order, once again no one was at the front counter. Took a second to look over my order and there was no napkins in my bag and no ketchup in my bag. Looked over the front counter to see if I could just get a few myself. At this a Woman, I'm assuming the manager or shift supervisor was very rude and told me not to look over the counter. At that time I asked for some Ketchup and napkins. she continued to tell me not to go over the counter. I responded that better customer service was needed. This was not the final straw, after eating I asked for a refill for my coke. I young man was kind enough to tell me that McDonald does not do refills. I responded since when and she said like 3 year. My response to his statement was I was just a another McDonald yesterday and they had no issue giving me a refill. His response was we don't do refill. Over all had a very bad experience at this McDonald not one thing but multiple. Hope McDonald Corporation looks into this particular location.

  This location by far is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. My younger sister who is 18 years old mind you went up to ask for a water cup, which they flat out told her no. Then my youngest sister who is 16 years old was told straight up no to use the restroom when she literally could not hold it. I go up and ask to use the bathroom and then they finally say yes to me, however a man sees me waving to her to use the bathroom and pulls me aside asking how old I was. Apparently they shun away kids who ask to use the restroom because they “sometimes” leave a mess. My younger sisters weren’t even kids they just happen to be shorter and have younger faces, meaning if I wasn’t there they would’ve just been turned away and are to shy to speak up for themselves. The store doesn’t even have a fountain drink machine and we literally ordered food and drinks, but we’re still thirsty, and my sister couldn’t even get a water cup ??? It was the attitude for me and the atmosphere was so uninviting. McDonald’s is known to be for children too, however I guess this location isn’t apparently. They are very discriminatory to young children, and even to kids who never did anything wrong. I myself use to work at McDonald’s, which makes me more upset as to why my sisters weren’t treated so poorly. It’s like god forbid people have to do their jobs.

  It's my local McDonald's and honestly it feels like one of the deadest places you could ever eat at. The atmosphere feels dead and hollow, the food is what you'd expect from a McDonald's and the service has probably some of the worst front of house service you might experience. No one is ever at the front, employees need to buzz you in to use the rest room. I saw a a man waiting up front for some one to come and buzz open the restroom, no one eve le came and he gave up and had to walk to the pollo loco next door use relive himself. It's unfortunate how bad things have gotten.

  Possibly the worst service possible placed an order for pick up and everything came wrong and they took over 20 minutes to get the food then had to go back to have them remake it and had to wait another 20 minutes to get the other half of my food. The staff was not friendly either about the situation.
