  It's my local McDonald's and honestly it feels like one of the deadest places you could ever eat at. The atmosphere feels dead and hollow, the food is what you'd expect from a McDonald's and the service has probably some of the worst front of house service you might experience. No one is ever at the front, employees need to buzz you in to use the rest room. I saw a a man waiting up front for some one to come and buzz open the restroom, no one eve le came and he gave up and had to walk to the pollo loco next door use relive himself. It's unfortunate how bad things have gotten.

  Possibly the worst service possible placed an order for pick up and everything came wrong and they took over 20 minutes to get the food then had to go back to have them remake it and had to wait another 20 minutes to get the other half of my food. The staff was not friendly either about the situation.

  I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s with my family for the last few months, and honestly, it has become a place we really appreciate. We’re a large family, and we come in often, usually at night for coffee and a variety of other orders. Because of that, we’ve gotten to know the team pretty well, and every visit has been a good experience. This feels more like a thank-you than just a review. I want to thank the owners and the hiring team for putting together such an amazing group of people. A special shoutout to Gloria, Julie, Gavin, Destiny, and Andrew, along with the many other wonderful people working there. I do not want to leave anyone out because there are clearly a lot of great team members who help make this place run so well. What stands out most is how welcoming everyone is. No matter how often we come in, the staff is always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. We have never had ongoing issues with our orders, and that consistency means a lot to us. It is nice to go somewhere regularly and still feel appreciated every time. At this point, it really feels like the team there is part of our extended family. We are grateful for the great food, the positive attitude, and the excellent service every time we stop by. Thank you to everyone there for doing such a great job and for always making us feel welcome.

  I think it's a given McD has weird wifi and sometimes the app or kiosk will mess up so you have to wait an extra minutes to reuse rewards code to get a discount meal. Not good when deals end at certain times so you're beating the clock. But this is the only place that actually charges me that extra 50 cents for a coffee modifier, and it's the lightest I've ever seen added to coffee. "Extra caramel" or whip cream is a light drizzle on top, but other places coat the cup with caramel like Starbucks. First world problems. Can't say the product doesn't taste good. Pancakes are bomb. Service is pretty quick. Not lightning, but not a snails pace. Maybe go through drive through.
