  Person who took my order was rude and impatient. When we got home we found that the order was wrong. They charged us for 4 cheeseburger but there were only 2 in the bag. My son ordered a Big Mac meal and the burger was missing the special sauce, lettuce, and only had one pickle on it. We will never go there again. Horrible service and food.

  I've been here many times because it is so close to my home. But I've never received my order and it be correct on the first time.

  It was clean outside. Went through drive-thru. Young lady that took my order sounded like she was ready to go home. I got my meal, the meat was dry and so hard that a piece was falling off lol. You know meat is old and dry when the cheese is just flat on there, with no intentions of melting... barely sauce or anything.. like a drop right in the middle of the bread lol. Like I was laughing.. then my fried were semi hot, but super dark and greesy. So maybe the grease needs to be cleaned, I don't know... then to top it off, my soda was 2/3 full lmao. I ask them at the windows did someone take a drink. She was like what... so i just drove off. Never going back to that Mickey Ds

  Very disappointed in my over experience at this location. Decided to stop and dine in, I know the dine in customers are not the priority for this McDonald. First the table was dirty, when I went to the front counter there was no one there. When someone finally come to the front I let her know the table was dirty and asked for some napkins to to clean. There was no effort on any staff to clean the table. Didn't think much about it at the time. As I waited for our food I notice the staff walk out to the parking lot to drop off food to drive thru customers. I figured since I was asked to enter a Number for my order and to place it on the table. That a Staff member would walk my food to the table. WRONG. the place everything in a bag and just called out my number. When I walked to get my order, once again no one was at the front counter. Took a second to look over my order and there was no napkins in my bag and no ketchup in my bag. Looked over the front counter to see if I could just get a few myself. At this a Woman, I'm assuming the manager or shift supervisor was very rude and told me not to look over the counter. At that time I asked for some Ketchup and napkins. she continued to tell me not to go over the counter. I responded that better customer service was needed. This was not the final straw, after eating I asked for a refill for my coke. I young man was kind enough to tell me that McDonald does not do refills. I responded since when and she said like 3 year. My response to his statement was I was just a another McDonald yesterday and they had no issue giving me a refill. His response was we don't do refill. Over all had a very bad experience at this McDonald not one thing but multiple. Hope McDonald Corporation looks into this particular location.
