  13July2026 @ 1310 - I ordered a burrito bowl to go with double protein. One scoop of chicken and one scoop of steak. The steak was on the grill so the gentleman helping me made my bowl and left it on the line because we were waiting for the steak. He proceeded to ring me up and looks to the female employee working on another customer's bowl and says to her that my bowl is there because it is waiting for steak. She cannot even take half a second to make eye contact with him and just shakes her head as if he asked her to carry 500lbs of chicken by herself... as if he is being the most annoying person ever. I am standing there waiting and the steak is being cut and a woman from the line for to-go orders comes and takes some steak, cool. I am next, nope, the lady helping the other customer, the rude one that appears to be miserable with her life, takes the remaining steak and forgets about my bowl. I speak up and I say oh, was I not before those customers and the gentleman that rung me up was like oh yes, you were, I apologize. And the customer that "cut" me looks at me and apologizes for taking the steak and said she did not know, the customer even apologized to me!!! To which I say, no, it is not your fault, it's HER fault and I am motioning to the girl that has the most annoying RBF. Everyone except for her apologized to me. I am shocked that a company hires and keeps people like this. I will never return to this store all because of her miserable disgusting face. No one is forcing you to work in customer service. Have you ever heard of "leave your problems at the door?" She seemed to have been taking inventory and checking things on the line when I first arrived which suggested she might be a lead or manager. Chipotle, let me assure you, the gentleman with glasses is 100. excellent customer service, EXCELLENT attitude, and took accountability for actions that were not even his. He gets an A+++. You are promoting the wrong people.

  Not good! I’m trying to be nice. We ordered the family meal that feed 4-6 people and the amount of corn they gave us is the same amount that goes on one bowl basically. The guacamole wasn’t even filled to the top they skimped out and left space in the container. Not worth it and this location ALWAYS gives less than they should! One time I forgot to ask for lettuce and while I was still in the store with my order I asked for a side of lettuce and they team member turned around to ask his manager if they should charge me for it.

  They barely put anything in your bowl if you order to-go out the pick up lane. wont ever order from here again. definitely not getting my money's worth in comparison to any other Chipotle i go to.

  I visited Chipotle with my son and ordered two bowls. The employee(young boy) who initially took our order was very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, our experience changed at checkout. The Indian cashier lady appeared rushed and impatient and asked me to pay before my son had finished redeeming his free chips reward. After the payment was completed, she informed us that the reward could no longer be used because the transaction had already been processed. What was frustrating was that she was the one directing us to pay before we had completed the reward redemption, yet she made no effort to help resolve the situation or offer any alternative. The issue wasn't the value of the chips; it was the lack of customer service and the feeling that we were rushed through the transaction without consideration. I hope this feedback can be used as a coaching opportunity to improve the customer experience. It wouldn’t hurt to smile instead of frowning upon customers coming into your restaurant and spending money. If you don’t like what you do, you shouldn’t be where you are at.
