    A girl named Andrea took my order. She was extremely rude, made one of my drinks wrong and refused to remake it. The first and only bad experience at any Dutch bros, and we go several times a week.

    When I go on long trips, I always stop at this Williams Dutch Bros. typically the service has always been great, and my drinks are made perfect. But yesterday on September 28, I came through there heading back on a 6 Hour drive and my coffee and it was HORRID. Service was terrible. They were not attentive. They were not nice. They were dismissive and just wanted you to get the hell out of there. No smiles, nothing. I waited probably 10 minutes at the window for my drink, and when they only brought it out. It was a disaster. I ordered a blended coffee and it was not blended at all. It looked like they had blended milk and ice together barely it was super chunky and then just poured in hot coffee straight from a pot. It was terrible, super separated, and didn’t taste like anything at all. When I had asked them if they made the drink correctly, cause it looked terrible they said Was fine. I asked him if they would re-blend it and they looked at each other like I was crazy shook their heads. I had even tipped them before hand! I tried to just deal with it and not be a complainer, but it was a monstrosity of a drink. It was terrible. So I went over to the Orland Dutch Bros and they were amazing and fixed my drink, went above and beyond! Those girls over there were appalled that they let me leave with that drink. So yea, you never know what you’ll get here. I certainly will not be going back though.

    The BEST!!!! Sooooo much better than Starbucks on every level, but especially when it comes to service and the flavor of the coffee.
