- XXxplmr1Aug 6, 20261.0Grabbing food for someone and was forced to order through a kiosk. I hope they fail by using the people-less transactions. I vote to keep employees employed. If you ask a kiosk what is the most popular item or what people like from the establishment you get no response. Shame on El Pollo Loco. First, subpar food and now matching subpar service. Fail! Update: It looks like the kiosk responded to my review with a generic canned answer. I will not be following a link to report my "issue" but instead I'll be leaving this review for others to decide whether they want the impersonal experience El Pollo Loco has forced upon us or to take their business to another establishment who cares about the customer experience.

I found this response entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. While the employee working the drive-thru was excellent, this experience was highly disappointing, and I do not plan to return

They always greet me with a smile, make sure my order is right, and somehow manage to stay positive even when they’re busy. It’s little things like great customer service and a kind attitude that keep people coming back. I’ve also dine-in and they keep the place clean. Brenda and the whole drive-thru team do an amazing job and truly make the experience better. Thank you ladies for always being so awesome! ❤️🐔 🍗 👏
