Had to pick out a random cake that was a flavor she didn’t like just to show up to the party and guests with something. After going around and around with corporate and a regional manager who never seemed to be in and claimed they “tried to contact multiple times”, they offered a 20% discount on a future order. As if any of us would go there again! Buyer beware!

Upon inspection, I discovered the ice cream was 16 days past its printed expiration date. This is a clear violation of food safety standards and is frankly alarming. I attempted to resolve this issue by calling the store, but my complaint was not taken seriously. I was instructed to call back twice to speak with a manager, and despite waiting for an hour and a half, I have been unable to reach anyone. This lack of responsiveness to such a significant food safety concern is deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I expect immediate attention to this matter and a proper resolution.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
