  It appears to have enough team members but they don’t have good communication or a good system. They keep people waiting a lot for their orders. I spent 24 minutes waiting for a sausage and egg sandwich. I notice I guy had been waiting before me and people that where coming in after me where being served after us. He was waiting on them to remake a coffee they had made a mistake on and it took about 20 plus minutes for him to get it. He had already ask 3 people to do it and they all said “I’ll let them know”. That place needs a better structure and more communication within themselves and customers. I’d rather drive to a further one than waste my time there.

  Employee spilled HOT coffee in my car as she did not close the coffee lid correctly. I could’ve burnt my arm and when I told her she did not apologize or realize her mistake.

  Fish-o-fillet was excellent in taste and texture. However, their system fell short. First, the curbside pickup didnt work in app so I had to go inside after waiting few mins. Then inside, they already had my order ready but didn't acknowledge or called me so I was waiting several minutes, wasting time. I dont know why they didnt place my order on the pickup area so I could see it. It was placed in the work area next to the pick up. They also didnt have my condiments in the bag. Things seemed more hectic than usual because most of the Crew seemed new and less experienced than in my previous visits. Other than the senseless waiting time, the food was well made and delicious.
