  I returned to this location hoping for a better experience, but it was just as disappointing as the last time. If anything, the customer service has become completely unacceptable. The biggest issue is the staff's attitude. Instead of being helpful, the employees were incredibly rude and spoke to customers with total disrespect. It is clear that there is no professional training or management oversight here. When you try to ask a simple question, you are met with hostility rather than service. The food remains a major problem. I was served stale, cold French fries and soggy buns. The meal tasted as though it had been sitting out for hours or was improperly thawed from the freezer. It is a waste of money to eat here. The facility is not being maintained. The restrooms were in disrepair and lacked basic essentials like toilet paper. Between the rude behavior of the staff and the lack of cleanliness, this is not a place anyone should visit. Nothing has changed at this location. Between the rude staff and the frozen, poor-quality food, it is easily the worst experience I’ve had. Do not waste your time or money here.

  I had a poor experience with the customer service . The staff seemed [unhelpful/uninformed] regarding [specific issue], and I left feeling that my concerns were not valued. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to return or recommend their services until improvements are made.

  Too minimalist and cold The place looks and feels empty and lifeless. The style is so minimalist that it feels sad and far too quiet. The most disappointing part was the play area, which was completely empty and desolate, taking away the family atmosphere. The decor lacks color. Both the customer service and the cleanliness were quite mediocre, barely meeting the bare minimum. This location needs music, colors, and more of an atmosphere to feel welcoming. There are definitely better and worse McDonald's out there, and this one no longer stands out for its warmth; it feels like a very cold place. El lugar se ve y se siente vacío y sin vida. El estilo es tan minimalista que resulta triste y demasiado silencioso. Lo más decepcionante fue la zona de juegos, que estaba completamente vacía y desolada, lo que le quita todo el ambiente familiar. A la decoración le falta mucho color.   They have a play place, small but clean. You can only be at the play place for 30 minutes max. It's clean. Staff wiping and cleaning the tables and play place area. A lot of packing available too.
