  The owner cameron mahad is a horrible owner and doesn't know how to run a business. Staff is unprofessional and completely lacks emotional intelligence. They can't separate there personal from there professional lives so it bleeds into the horrible customer service.

  Me& my Wife eat out alot so we thought to try Jimmy John's. ,I downloaded the app, seen what i thought was a good deal. Small sandwich combo for $11, I even ask the guy if that was the price, he said yes, asked if I wanted cheese, yes of course whats a sandwich with out cheese. Turns out they charged us for the Cheese that we didn't get! and charged us separately for the drinks $2.99 Ea. A combo usually includes a drink, I feel like they ripped us off. Should of went to Jersey Mike's $10.99 Combo cheese and drink Included. Be ware!
