    We get Pollo Loco all the time for late dinner last minute meal I don’t know what goes on at night time I always order that hardshell tacos. They already premade. I always get the freaking tacos cold

    Workers are very nice and friendly, however the food quality is not good. I requested no liquid in the pinto beans and was told they can't do that. When talking with a staff member about this I explained there is more juice than beans I was told that's the point. He said they are instructed to do that. Went outside and drained it and the container was half empty or I guess half full depending on your point of view

    They have some good chicken soup for a great price and is enough for me to fill up. I like to sit there to enjoy my soup.

    You suck, you didnt give me a receipte or the salsa I requested. Its not the end of the world but it stops me from visiting you more than once a month and turns it into once a year. The only reason im writing the review is because its not he first time. Im hoping corporate reads it and does training
