- EMEllen MartinezSep 29, 20261.0I visited Doublz in the morning and had a disappointing experience. The staff did not seem very helpful. I asked the girl working that morning if there was a restroom available, and she told me that she didn’t know. I ordered zucchini fries, which already came with ranch. However, the girl working the register charged me separately for the ranch that was supposed to be included with the zucchini fries. I was not expecting to be charged for it since it was already included with my order. The main issue was my burger. The meat was undercooked and still raw inside, so I could not eat it as served. I tried to communicate the issue with the tall guy who was cooking the burgers. It was clear to me that he spoke Spanish but did not speak English, which made it difficult to communicate about the problem. I also ordered chili cheese fries, and the same tall guy put very little chili and cheese on them compared with what I expected. On another occasion, I stopped by in the afternoon and noticed that the dining area looked very dirty. I also saw several cashiers spending time talking among themselves while the dining room and bathrooms appeared to need cleaning. Overall, the food and service did not meet my expectations. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to food preparation, accurate charges, cleanliness, and customer service.

- KWKyle Rychwalski (Woodrow wilson)Sep 6, 20262.0The staff was unfriendly, the burrito was all rice, the milkshake had ice shards in it
- EGErik GuzmanAug 26, 20264.0Service is great. Food is also good but it's too hot in here please fix ac for the customers and for the workers. Not fair for them to work under this conditions
