  Food is always good which is important. The service wasn't pleasing and everyone had a face of not wanting to be working and of misery. Especially the store manager which should be the main person to be caring the team.

  Super confused says store is open walked in and was told they were closed but I see people walking out with orders? Even if your only doing mobile orders should of told me because and I know it’s hard to believe but I have a phone that allows be to order food online

  I am usually a big fan of Cava and it’s my go to place for healthy food, but today, I was overcome with true sorrow when my order arrived to me incorrect. I had ordered a make your own bowl with steak through Uber Eats, and when it arrived to my residence, I received chicken instead. I was distraught at this site and I know that sounds dramatic, but I was already having a bad day and was really looking forward to a pick me up of my delicious steak bowl. I did inquire a refund with Uber Eats, and did try to call Cava multiple times. I was meet with a busy signal and subsequent hang ups. Thus, to rectify this incorrect order, I had to drive all the way to Cava (this location being the nearest one to me with a drive time of about 30+ minutes there and back) to get my order remade, since steak is a more expensive option than chicken and I was really craving steak. While the worker remade my order right away and with haste (which I did appreciate), they did not offer any other type of compensation for my money spent and unnecessary drive time. I had already paid extra for delivery plus the added cost of the steak option, I should have received a complimentary side or dessert in my opinion. I didn’t press this issue because I did notice the busyness of the restaurant at the time, but I strongly feel the Cava workers should have offered something for my time wasted for good service. This experience has really left me with a negative, sad connection with Cava. I just hope the next time I go, it will be a better experience. Here’s hoping!

  Terrible services I ordered half chicken half falafel I only got 4 small pieces of chicken when I asked for more chicken they had a nasty attitude about it .specifically the cashier not the one serving it. I was willing to pay for the extra chicken which in reality should of been a regular serving size I definitely recommend going to Azusa or Monrovia location never Whittier

  I don’t know why they give you such a small portion of chicken like why are you only giving me one bite? And when you politely ask for more, they look at you like if you’re stupid. C’mon serve the customers fair portions, we don’t care about if your store needs to save costs. You’re gonna lose more cost with less customers coming to the store. I’ma just keep going to the one in Monrovia, and the one in Azuza those are so much better when it comes to service why are you arguing with customers. 2 stars cause they at least put the food in bag for you. 👎
