  This is the closest cava to me and it is always worth it! The service food and staff is great! Olivia helped us out with what to get and even getting our app going for points YUHH! 10/10 always

  I was starving and the universe brought me to Didi at CAVA. Didi IS THE VIBE! Once when I acknowledge my hunger to Didi, we were on a mission. My bowl became this delicious beacon of hope. Didi hooked it up with heaping spoonfuls of amazing goodness (the photo posted says it all). Thank you so much, Didi! Mission accomplished- I'm stuffed!

  This specific cava location is always great they have good customer service and the food is always on point today I was helped by this young lady named Veronica she was very patient and very pleasant personality overall good employee and good service.

  Service could have been better. Whoever was working the night shift on 7/14 acted like we came in right at closing, even though there were still 20 minutes left. When she asked for the base of my bowl, I requested brown rice with a little bit of spinach. Instead, she put a lot of spinach and only a little bit of brown rice. When I repeated my original order, she just stared at me blankly without offering to fix it. After waiting for a response, I finally asked if she could just add a little more rice, and she still didn't say anything. This was my first time visiting this CAVA location, and I expected much better service, especially given the location.

  I had such a great experience here thanks to Veronica! She went above and beyond to help me understand how to use my points, and she explained everything in a way that was clear, patient, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated how she took her time walking me through each step instead of rushing me or making me feel confused. It's rare to meet someone who is not only knowledgeable but also kind, and Veronica was both. Her customer service made my visit so much easier, and I left feeling confident, informed, and grateful. If you ever need help or have questions, ask for Veronica-she's amazing and truly cares about making sure customers get the most out of their rewards. Also the food is always delish and a regular here. Highly recommend!
