  Either Westminster or HB pizza hut sent me a plain cheese pizza last night even though I ordered a 3 topping pizza. I contacted them immediately stating my order is not rite. I spent $18 for something I did not order yet they felt all they owed me was $2. How do they figure $2 is acceptable on an $18 order when the mistake was theirs. I asked to either deliver what I ordered, with no cost to me or refund the $18 I spent. They would only refund me $2. This tells me they rip customers off by taking their money but delivering something not ordered . I will never order here again. Plus the cheese pizza I got was ice cold.

  A special thanks to Concepcion- she is very friendly and gives courteous service every time. I prefer this location bc of the drive thru option and I love when I see her at the window. She always remembers me and greets me at the window with my order in hand. She's the BEST!! My pizza is always good and cooked perfectly compared to other Pizza Hut's in the area. I think this is one of the better Pizza Hut's and I order from there at least 1-2 times a week.

  I’ll make this short and sweet, I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in a few years, maybe even before Covid. Wow, I can’t believe how skimpy these pizzas are now. 3-4 pieces of meat per piece tops. Almost no vegetables and a large is like a medium, I am not joking, if you think I’m goofing feel free to order yourself. This place has jumped the shark
