  Don’t eat here.. unless you want violently delicious food! I thought the double meat burrito was all fun and games like your typical breakfast burrito where the regular burrito has like two pieces of meat and the “double” has a bit more…. I. Was. Wrong! It was literally a tube of meats! The worst part is it tastes too good and my ego made me think I could finish it easily (as I do any other burrito).. now I’m almost in a coma, it’s hard to breath, and I can’t think of anything else besides getting another. Idk if there’s drugs in the burrito but as soon as I left I wanted to go back and get another! Ham and scram… you win this round.. I’ll be back for vengeance!🤝

  We’ve been coming to Ham n’ Scram for a long time and the food never disappoints. Excellent service and excellent food keeps us coming back.

  Ham ’n Scram has been my go-to spot for breakfast burritos for years now. Their burritos are consistently delicious and satisfying, and they offer a variety of options to customize your meal to your liking. I usually add chipotle inside, and the avocado spread is also a great choice. There’s also a location in Long Beach on 7th Street. Everyone at work loves a Ham n Scram breakfast burrito!

  I’ve always enjoyed their food and have never had issues with any cashiers until today. I let the young girl at the counter with long black hair know that one of the orders is for someone with a dairy ALLERGY. She was very dismissive of it so I asked the older man if he can just make sure that there’s no dairy in the double bowl- he reassured me that if she put that there’s an allergy then it would be safe— I’ve had previous experiences where the other cashiers will go and tell the cooks it’s an allergy. When I received the food, I saw that the receipt didn’t mention it’s an allergy so I asked her if she can make sure that there wasn’t any used and, with an attitude, she said “there’s none on it— I THINK”. I asked her to please check with the cooks since there’s no line, no orders waiting and there’s plenty of time. She was visibly annoyed and came back and said “it’s fine” but to me, it seemed like she didn’t care and doesn’t understand the severity of what an allergy can mean. Normally, If I don’t think a restaurant can be trusted I won’t go to it— we tend to eat at home more often than not. We have loved this place in the past when someone else has been at the counter and haven’t had that issue with other cashiers here or with their cooks. It’s usually been an amazing experience all around but she was very off putting.. i had already added less than 20% tip (18%) because of the way she was so passive while I ordered but after her being annoyed and the little attitude I wish I hadn’t tipped at all. We will make sure to not come back for a while and let our friends know of our experience.
