- LLLibbyJul 16, 20261.0I ordered on the app and went to get my food and my mom is a vegetarian… we put it in the comments for the workers to see to ensure hopefully we WOULDNT get chicken in the burrito. It was a BRC burrito bean rice and cheese which does not whatsoever INCLUDE chicken. When I got mom my mom took a bite and chicken was in the burrito! So I drove back to el pollo loco hoping to get a new burrito and at least an apology because my mom has not eaten meat in over 10 years it can get her sick at this point. I went inside and a worker named Luis didn’t say sorry what so ever and if anything he QUESTIONED ME whether or not I ordered correctly.. it was un professional and rude. He kinda just handed the new burrito to me didn’t say anything all of the workers were just standing there like they didn’t know how to talk properly to a customer. I don’t NEED compensation however it should have been given something to us for the inconvenience or at least some more compassion.
