My experience left me wondering if management ever bothers to taste their own food. My husband and I haven’t been to this location in probably 6 months and I can’t believe how horrible it is now. I ordered two of their Bacon, Cheddar and Egg sandwiches (on two different bagel flavors) for pick up which was $25. When I went to pick up my order, I saw they had dog treats packaged in cups so I decided to buy those at the register for my two pups at home (another ~$6). We ate on site, and couldn’t have been more disappointed. The eggs were dry and bland, no seasoning whatsoever, not even salt and pepper. I don’t know how they managed to make bacon tasteless but they figured out a way - it literally had no flavor and had I not seen bacon physically in the sandwich I would’ve thought they’d forgotten to add it. My husband was starving and begrudgingly ate his sandwich but only because it was $12, he said he wanted to throw the whole thing in the trash. One of the sandwiches was on an onion bagel that had been over toasted to the point that the majority of the onion pieces on the top of the bagel were completely burnt so I had to scrape as much off as possible to avoid just tasting burnt onion. I took two bites of this terrible sandwich and wrapped it back up to take home and try to salvage it with some form of seasoning. At home I added loads of salt and pepper and had to drown the whole thing in Franks Hot Sauce to salvage it. It still was terrible. The icing on the cake was when I opened the container of dog treats (shaped as mini bagels). They were so hard they could’ve been used as hockey pucks by the Anaheim Ducks. I had to use brute force to try to break one in half - no way this is edible for dogs. Why was the stale product still being sold?? So that’s $30 down the drain for nothing. Does management even bother tasting their own food? It isn’t difficult to make a good egg sandwich so I don’t understand what the issue is other than just management indifference. Selling stale dog treats seems like a blatant attempt to mislead the public and avoid losses by tossing them when they aren’t fresh. I won’t be going back to this location again.

Right after finishing my bagel and a Simply Orange juice, I started experiencing severe stomach pains within 30 minutes. I tried using the restroom, but the pain just wouldn't let up.I honestly believe I got food poisoning from this place. Be very careful if you eat here.

I had an egg white sandwich with avocado in an Asiago bagel with ice coffee. It was delicious !! I had been going to Starbucks but this was way better and a couple of dollars less.
