  Honestly, I don’t know why I keep ordering here. They mess up my order 95% of the time I order ahead. Sometimes I have brushed it off, other times I have gone back. I have held on posting a review because I know how much service industry folks work, but it has happened so many times now that I decided to take the time to write it. They are helpful sorting it out but it is really annoying, especially when the package says my name and the order is wrong. I guess I need to actually open the bowl and check it there before I drive off. If you want to go into the store the service is probably good, but I don’t recommend the chipotle lane.

  Sunday August 30th at 2pm All was good except the service from the manager or shift lead whatever her name is. She refused to give her name. She was extremely rude they did have a big line but she was being rude while prepping food for seniors asking her questions trying to order their food slamming things being rude to her employees absolutely unacceptable slammed my dads tortilla absolutely the worse service I've ever experienced at a Chipotle in my life. So disappointing. My aunt went and spoke to her in the nicest way possible about being patient and nice to her customers and her response was " with or without you we will have your business and don't need your service" any good manager would admit to their mistakes and make it better for us. If she hates her job that is not the customers problem. She should probably find another job if she can't handle the questions and the pressure. I work in the medical field and some days are full of sick patients and pressure but I would never disrespect a customer/ patient like that. Hope she can learn from this experience and let it make her a better lead because I will never go to this chipotle again and it sucks because this is the closest one to my home.

  Extremely slow and rude service. They will lie and tell you that the kitchen is working on the order you called in and yet they take 20 minutes, when you could’ve just walked in and had them make it for you in 90 seconds but no, because it was called in you must be put in line with the call in orders. Please quit wasting customer’s time!!!!Watching workers in the front standing around doing nothing while you’re still waiting for one burrito is insulting. It would also be helpful if you actually trained the restaurant workers to do a quality job of helping the customer that is standing right in front of you FIRST. Oh and my food was mediocre at best.
