They will lie and tell you that the kitchen is working on the order you called in and yet they take 20 minutes, when you could’ve just walked in and had them make it for you in 90 seconds but no, because it was called in you must be put in line with the call in orders. Please quit wasting customer’s time!!!!Watching workers in the front standing around doing nothing while you’re still waiting for one burrito is insulting. It would also be helpful if you actually trained the restaurant workers to do a quality job of helping the customer that is standing right in front of you FIRST. Oh and my food was mediocre at best.
